两个二级结论
本节分享两个结论,事实上这两个结论已经有很多博主分享过了,这里只用作记录,方便自己查阅。
结论 1
结论 1
若 \(f(x)\) 在 \([0,1]\) 上连续,则有:
\[
\lim_{n \to \infty} \int_0^1 x^n f(x) \mathrm{d}x = 0
\]
证明:连续函数在闭区间上有界,故不妨设 \(|f(x)| \leqslant M\)
则对 \(\forall x \in [0,1]\) 有:
\[
0 \leqslant |x^nf(x)| \leqslant Mx^n
\]
对上述不等式在区间 \([0,1]\) 上积分,得:
\[
0 \leqslant \left|\int_0^1 x^nf(x)\mathrm{d}x\right| \leqslant \int_0^1 Mx^n\mathrm{d}x = \frac{M}{n+1}
\]
右端式子在 \(n \to \infty\) 时趋近于 \(0\),故由迫敛性可知,\(\displaystyle \lim_{n \to \infty} \int_0^1 x^n f(x) \mathrm{d}x = 0\),结论得证!
结论 2
结论 2
若 \(f'(x)\) 在 \([0,1]\) 上连续,则:
\[
\lim_{n \to \infty} n\int_0^1 x^n f(x) \mathrm{d}x = f(1)
\]
证明:考虑分部积分:
\[
\begin{aligned}
n\int_0^1 x^n f(x) \mathrm{d}x &= \frac{n}{n+1}\int_0^1 f(x) \mathrm{d}(x^{n+1})\\[0.2cm]
&= \left.\frac{n}{n+1} x^{n+1}f(x)\right|_0^1-\frac{n}{n+1}\int_0^1 x^{n+1}f'(x) \mathrm{d}x \\[0.2cm]
&= \frac{n}{n+1}f(1)-\frac{n}{n+1}\int_0^1 x^{n+1}f'(x)
\end{aligned}
\]
当 \(n \to \infty\) 时,\(\dfrac{n}{n+1} \to 1\),并且由前文推导的结论 1 可知:\(\displaystyle \lim_{n \to \infty} \int_0^1 x^{n+1}f'(x) = 0\),结合这两点,结论就得证了,即:\(\displaystyle \lim_{n \to \infty} n\int_0^1 x^n f(x) \mathrm{d}x = f(1)\)
Tip
事实上,该结论的条件可以弱化为 \(f(x)\) 在 \([0,1]\) 上连续,证明可以参考静流的公众号。
例题
例 1
Example
求极限:
\[
\lim_{n \to \infty} n^2 \int_{0}^{1} x^n (1-x)e^x \mathrm{d}x
\]
解:把原式中的一个 \(n\) 扔进积分里:
\[
\lim_{n \to \infty} n \int_{0}^{1} (1-x)e^x \cdot \mathrm{d}\left(\frac{n}{n+1}x^{n+1}\right)
\]
考虑分部积分:
\[
I= \lim_{n \to \infty} n \left[ \left. (1-x)e^x \cdot \frac{n}{n+1}x^{n+1} \right|_0^1 - \int_{0}^{1} \frac{n}{n+1}x^{n+1} \cdot (-xe^x) \, \mathrm{d}x \right]
\]
化简得:
\[
I=\lim_{n \to \infty} \frac{n}{n+1} \cdot \left[ n \int_{0}^{1} x^{n+2} e^x \, dx \right]
\]
\(n \to \infty\) 时前面的 \(\dfrac{n}{n+1} \to 1\),括号里的核心部分是:
\[
\lim_{n \to \infty} n \int_{0}^{1} x^{n+2} e^x \, dx
\]
直接套用结论 2,结果为 \(f(1) = e^1 = e\)。
所以最终答案是 \(e\).
例 2
Example
求极限:
\[
\lim_{n \to \infty} n \int_{0}^{\frac{\pi}{2}} x \cos^n x \mathrm{d} x
\]
解:被积函数中含有 \(\cos^n x\),为了凑出结论中的 \(x^n\) 的形式,考虑换元:\(u = \cos x\)
代入得:
\[
\lim_{n \to \infty} n \int_{0}^{\frac{\pi}{2}} x \cos^n x \, \mathrm{d}x = \lim_{n \to \infty} n \int_{1}^{0} (\arccos u) \cdot u^n \cdot \left(-\frac{1}{\sqrt{1-u^2}}\right) \mathrm{d}u
\]
整理得到:
\[
\lim_{n \to \infty} n \int_{0}^{1} u^n \cdot \left( \frac{\arccos u}{\sqrt{1-u^2}} \right) du
\]
此时,我们将积分式与的结论 2 进行对比,令:
\[
f(u) = \frac{\arccos u}{\sqrt{1-u^2}}
\]
根据结论 2,若 \(f'(u)\) 在 \([0,1]\) 上连续,则该极限值直接等于 \(f(1)\)。
\[
f(1) = \lim_{u \to 1^-} \frac{\arccos u}{\sqrt{1-u^2}} = \lim_{x \to 0^+} \frac{x}{\sin x} = 1
\]
故:\(\displaystyle \lim_{n \to \infty} n \int_{0}^{\frac{\pi}{2}} x \cos^n x \mathrm{d}x = f(1) = 1\)
